sweet and easy neck and shoulders
Hey hey hey!
I posted a youtube video!
A sweet, gentle flow for neck and shoulders.
Check it out.
You don't even have to put pants on :)
Let me know what you think.
Also, I'm going to be posting these more often so let me know if you have any requests.
Love.

a couple of firsts
Here it is, my true video debut!
I've been super inspired by a crazy, talented beautiful yogini named Meghan Currie. I've posted a video of hers on here before. Anyways, since watching her timelapse videos I've been wanting to make one of my own. So here it is.
The video is of my first attempt at the primary series. Needs some practice, but had fun working it out.
Enjoy!

What do you think about during warrior pose?
During yoga class I search for calm. That peace and quiet that comes and goes as I flow from one pose to the next focusing on my breath.
It's a struggle to quiet the monkeys and enjoy a couple of moments free from thought. If I get one moment of quiet during a class I consider myself lucky.
Here are a couple of funny videos of what some others are thinking about while down doggin'. Thanks to MindBodyGreen for sharing!
*warning* a couple of swears here and there...And they pretty much cover every stereotype, but good for a laugh!
Enjoy!
